As a private, non-profit school, Ascension Lutheran School is reliant upon gifts from families, friends, church members, alumni, and foundations to supplement our programs, offer scholarships, and make up the difference between tuition and the actual cost to educate each student.

Annual Giving Opportunities
All gifts to these annually offered opportunities are very much appreciated and go directly to benefit our students.
Annual Fund: The Annual Fund contributes to our operating budget and provides support for the latest technology, teaching tools and equipment, classroom renovations, and the continued development of our Specialty Programs including athletics, visual arts, music instruction and performances, STEM offerings, and our Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom and garden spaces.
Rally Week/Annual FUNd week: The primary drive for the Annual Fund takes place in autumn kicking off with our Rally Sunday and culminating on the National Giving Day in November. However, gifts are accepted throughout the year. Our Annual FUNd week as different themes each day that celebrate our mission and vision for the school- Servant minded leaders, Faith Based Learners, Community, and Giving Spirits. The week includes opportunities for students and their families, alumni and staff, Preschool families, our Church congregation and greater community to enjoy while supporting Ascension's education mission.
Fun Run: Brought to you by PALS (Parents of Ascension Lutheran Students) and held during the winter, the Fun Run provides a way to rally the students in support of our school. Students find sponsors for this fun and physical event to raise money for school events and campus upgrades. It is a chance for students to outreach to the community and extended family to help improve Ascension Lutheran School.
Legacy Auction and Gala: Our Legacy Auction and Gala is an annual event that the entire Ascension community looks forward to! It is a beautiful evening featuring gourmet dining, an entertaining live auction featuring one-of-a-kind items, and fun and unique silent auction items. In addition to ensuring operating budget goals are met, the auction provides funding for vital campus and program enhancements as well as scholarship funds, and specific teacher requested classroom needs.
