Dr. Maliski holds an undergraduate degree in elementary education (K-9) from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York. She received a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in educational technology at California Lutheran University. She has taught previously at middle school and high school levels at the Stoneridge Preparatory School in Simi Valley, and also in public schools in New York State. Dr. Maliski has published and presented numerous papers on technology integration. She holds a Doctorate from California Lutheran University. She is in her 16th year at Ascension. Dr. Maliski currently serves as the 1st through 5th-grade computer teacher. In this capacity, she works to integrate computer skills that support learning in the core curriculum. She also teaches 7th and 8th-grade history and is able to integrate technology into the teaching of past events in human affairs. Additionally, Dr. Maliski serves as the school Technology Coordinator and the school WASC coordinator.
